Here’s where the integrated model proves its value.
ES Steel, for example, is accredited to provide complex project delivery into highly
regulated sites in the nuclear and defence industries. When an ES Steel client
needed labour for a key project, ES Recruit managed the advertising and
candidate management. Those successful candidates then moved over to ES
Steel for the regulated site work.
The model scales across the full project life cycle. ES Recruit can provide
permanent or temporary workers into design teams, project controls,
manufacturing and quality right at the early stages of a project. ES Steel can
handle everything from design and procurement through to on-site installation,
commissioning and handover. ES Site Services can provide large-scale resource
solutions across highly regulated sites where traditional agencies can’t operate.
Working with ES Group, the client doesn’t need to worry about the mechanics of
how their requirements are being delivered. Behind this, our three businesses
mobilise as needed to deliver a seamless service. It supports a shift in how we’re
